ReplyDeletelove all the fishing shots - that is such a fun thing to do when you're a kid! and the fairy - what kind of insect is that? looks amazing!
sometimes when i put a lot of pictures and put captions on them, i can't get out of the caption to type. and the links never become links in my comments. it may have to do with my settings.
ReplyDeleteamanda-i got it! that's a mayfly. my girls thought they were fairies and kept saying "mom, a fairy!, mom, a fairy!"

ReplyDeleteSarah-not alligator! alligator gar is a very large freshwater fish. although my dad did make alligator gumbo while we were there.
rainblissed-that's a mayfly. there are thousands and they really do look like fairies, esp. when they're flying.
