Hill Country

We went to the Texas Hill Country for Mother's Day Weekend and stayed with my brother in Canyon Lake.

Here is Ade with the kids at my grandparents house in New Braunfels.

 After visiting for a bit, we went to eat a late lunch at The Salt Lick in Driftwood. We had to wait over an hour, but there was a kids area where we could sit and drink while they played.

 Next we headed out to Bulverde for the Rodeo. It was a big hit!

 My pictures from the night were horrible but I got some videos.

 The next one is of a 7 year old boy called "the Shark."

 On Sunday morning we went over to the Canyon Lake Dam and then went for a hike on the river.

 The kids were very excited when they spotted this frog.

 Naia and I crossed the painfully cold river to the middle rocks while the other two waited.

 And on to Barton Springs in Austin.
