We went to the Arboretum today to set our butterflies free! Did I mention that we have butterflies? They emerged from their chrysalids over the last two days. I hope they are doing well in the wild...We love them.
yeah they were from insectlore. you can buy them from a lot of places. i think we will buy food from now on and find our own caterpillars. that way we have a variety (and it's cheaper). it was a lot of fun though and all 5 caterpillars made it to adulthood.
