Corn and Soy Oh My!

I haven't been around much because I've been dealing with a horrible case of eczema. My son's skin broke out and was as bad as it has ever been. We finally made it to an allergist yesterday. I had him on a gluten and dairy free diet but it turns out he is not sensitive to either. However, he is allergic to the ubiquitous corn and soy! I am actually happy about this and view it as a blessing in disguise. What better excuse to avoid all of those GMO's! He also reacted to beans and nuts. So we are eliminating those foods and hoping for relief...
